Creating the Perfect Halloween - Tween and InfantsTween and kids costumes are always fun to pick out.  However, though you may be tempted to make the choice alone, it might be best to let older children have some say in the matter—especially when it comes to Tween Costumes since the children are starting to express their own likes and dislikes.  Still, with toddler and infant costumes, the choice is all yours, so have fun!

Infant Halloween costumes, like the Infant Ladybug, are soft and snuggly.   They are specially crafted to be safe for babies and are often made to be warm in case you’ll be taking baby out trick-or-treating with the other kids on a cool Halloween night.  Toddler Halloween costumes are also made to be safe.  Items used to fasten or adorn the costumes are generally marked safe for small children on the package or they will post an age group warning label.  Yet, even with all the safety features costumes such as a Toddler Pirate costume do an excellent job depicting the character and pleasing little boys.

A Girls Cinderella costume has been a favorite for years and with Disney Studios and other major movie corporations reincarnating princess characters, it` seems this costume will be a favorite for years to come.  Princess costumes, fairy costumes, and mermaid costumes are favorites for little girls just the same as superhero costumes such as Batman, Captain America or Superman are favorites for little boys.

When it comes to Tween Costumes, you might want to pick a few styles and then allow your child to pick from those.  Children in this age group are really developing individual character and part of that includes deciding the way they want to dress.  Though you can steer them with your own choices, which in turn helps reinforce what is appropriate, by giving them a choice from a small group of Tween Costumes you are also showing them you respect their right to choose for themselves.
